This may happen due to the following reasons:
1. Transaction failure, in this case any deducted money will be credited back to your account in next 5-7 bank working days.
2. The money is deducted but is not updated in the system instantly. Request you to wait for at least 2-4 hours and check again and you should be able to access the purchased Test Series. In case you still face any issues, please write to us at testseries@byjusexamprep.com.
3. You might have logged in from a different account. Please login from the registered Email Id or Phone number from which you had made the purchase.
