The important factors that determine the feed that you see are
1. Followed User's Posts.
2. Community Mentor's Posts.
3. Some other recent posts/queries of other users.
If you are constantly seeing many unwanted posts, you need to recheck your followed people's list. You can always Report the unwanted posts to stop seeing them.
